• Request, obtain, train and organize manpower as per project requirements
• Prepare and keep track of staffing hierarchy
• Assign responsibilities and roles to team members. Team members are not instructed the detailed process documentation. High level guidance and training is done from time to time.
• Service level agreement
• Compiling reports and schedule tasks on monthly or weekly basis
• Regular monitoring for any slippage at any level
• Everything is described concisely through a handful of information and not through heavy notes.
• Timely delivery of project
